This high-quality office portfolio was acquired in November 2019. It consists of four Berlin properties with a total potential lettable area in excess of 40,000 sqm. Two properties are located in Mitte on Magazinstrasse and Invalidentrasse with the remaining two assets located in Berlin’s Kreuzberg district on Ritterstrasse and Wilhelmstrasse. The properties in Mitte, one of Berlin’s most desired office and retail locations, are former Senior Living residences which will be converted into top grade new office space.
