Irish private equity firm Signature Capital has acquired one of Cologne’s major landmarks, the Neumarkt Galerie mixed-use complex, from administrator Markus Heider of Goerg for around EUR 130-135 mln, well-informed market sources told PropertyEU.
Signature Capital has sold its residential and commercial building, Knesebeckstrasse 32, comprising some 2,800 sqm of usable area in Berlin, for €9mn to a private investor. The property, situated between Kurfürstendamm and Savignyplatz, has 1,500 sqm of office, 250 sqm of retail and 1,000 sqm of living space. Jones Lang LaSalle brokered the transaction.
